What We Do
Workforce Services Unlimited, Inc. provides Consultant Services that are available to all customers in the Workforce Development arena. Our services are not only in the area of policy guidance and technical assistance to local elected officials and workforce policy boards as identified under the Federal Workforce Investment Act; but, also in the areas of Request for Proposal development, Rapid Response development, Contract Monitoring and Evaluation, Grant Writing, and creation of core, intensive and training services.
In the area of Dislocated Worker as a customer and the sensitive issues of plant closings and downsizing, we can assist from WARN notice receipt until the last person is again employed. We will help you do it right and keep customers happy through process review and improvement.
In the area of Youth Programs we provide Dropout Recovery services for those who have not completed high school and are seeking help earning their GED. We also provide summer programs for In-School youth.
In the area of Mutiple Funding sources, with confusing rules, but common goals and objectives, we can help you navigate through WIA Formula, WIA Rapid Response, TAA/TRA, Earmark Funds and National Emergency Fund resources to achieve win-win relations through fund leveraging.
In the area of Adult and Family Literacy we work with the Educational Service Center, the ABLE program and the United Way to provide literacy services.
